@ TheGamerSeal, Its a static map light. Do you have the Light/Environment Editor addon? If so, try and reducing the light and sunlight sliders to zero, r_radiosity to 0, and remove ambient lights in that order until it works (it wont always work).

@ TheGamerSeal, Oh youre not doing the light stacking part using ALE or soft lamps? Cause these static lights are the bane of my existence when i need the scene to be pitch black for the ALE

I dont know why i never thought about masking each element and adjusting it one by one before, but it certainly helps for the little bits that you want more clarity!
